The above layout is based on the written responses received after the public consultation in February and March 2004 and formed part of the Feasibility Study commissioned by the Hayfield Development Trust with funding from Social Enterprise East Midlands.

It is hoped that a partnership can be established between Derbyshire County Council, the present owners of the land, Hayfield Parish Council and local community organisations to progress the project.

The Feasibility Study commissioned by the Trust has shown that funding is available to complete the project, satisfy the needs of the partners and community.
